About the Translator
Frank Sheed (1897-1981)is the author of Theology and Sanity, A Map of Life, Society and Sanity, Knowing God, and To Know Christ Jesus. He and his wife Maisie Ward founded the Sheed & Ward publishing company. He is a well-known Catholic apologist and his apologetic books are considered, to this day, among the best.
